Comments on: eBay crystal sphere – bargain or scam?

I found this listing on Ebay – on the 9th of January, 2012!
As a former historian, I was intrigued by the seller’s claims and wanted to see if they made this up out of fantasy and a sadistic joy of rooking people for cash, or, if there was any kind of basis for their stories.
I’m an exceptional researcher but I cannot locate any factual historical basis for any of this stuff.
If it’s any consolation to the curious, the item remains unsold, failing to get a $300 bid.
Aww shucks.

if you dont recognize this estate from the dreamworld, and recognize from the past as far as you can remember you have no business buying things that shouldn’t be for sale. the lidiex were a multigenerational organization, and operated as such.

Great big dangly crystal ones, without doubt.

But funnily enough, looking at the image of it on eBay, I seem to be tuning into a vision of something… it’s getting clearer… it’s a sign… it says… “there’s one bor…” I can’t quite make out the end… it’s all gone blurred, sorry.

But I have to say it was a very clear and vivid message, as far as it went.

Personally, I always distrust clauses based on “exclusive-or” – any time I see an Aristotelian excluded middle, I feel like I’m somehow being conned.

Bargain or scam? How about both…

This seller is offereing several spheres from the same, errm, LiDiex.
The current one is cheap in comparison, the others being over 1300, 1800 or 1900 Dollars.

This one _is_ a (relative) bargain.
Pity there really aren’t any 1920 automobiles to be seen in them….
